Step 1 — We meet for a free 30-minute chat.
No commitment, no paperwork. Just a friendly conversation so I can understand what you need.

Step 2 — We make a plan together.
In our 2-hour assessment session, we do a comprehensive review of your personal situation and create a custom plan that makes sense for your life.
Step 3 — We get it done at your pace.
Most clients need about 10 hours of support per month to start. Once things are running smoothly, we scale back to monthly or bimonthly check-ins.
